Shipping rate: $10 Australia wide: Standard shipping with tracking.
Free standard shipping for orders over $80.
All orders will be posted within 2 business days with Australia Post. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays that Australia Post has in getting the item to you.

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds, exchange or store credit for change of mind.
DAMAGED ITEM
Each item is energetically cleansed, checked over and carefully packaged with love, before it makes it way to you. Unfortunately, on the rare occasion your item may become damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us through email heidi@heidieverett.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will happily provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit for a future purchase.
